- Rachel Leslie, a 2005 graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Communications, Public Relations and Journalism, became the Director of Membership Development for the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce in December 2005.
Within one year, she was promoted to Director of Marketing. Today she serves as the Vice President of the Chamber.
Her responsibilities include marketing the local brand, Terre Haute A Level Above. She spearheaded the effort to implement Young Leaders of Terre Haute, responsible for the resurgence of marketing and enhanced communications for the Chamber, and is actively involved with Downtown Terre Haute. She works with a number of chamber committees involved with initiatives like Business After Hours, Terre Haute Young Leaders, Terre Haute Portal, Terre Haute Guide, Annual Meeting, Chamber Classic Golf Outing, Groundhog Day Economic Forecast, e-Progress and various other chamber communications mediums.
She is married to Broc Leslie, a professional educator with the Rockville Community School Corporation, and assistant football coach for Terre Haute North Vigo High School.
