- Brady A. Meadors, is the Vice president of Precision Lawn Plus Inc. Brady joined Precision Lawn Plus as a partner in 2001 to manage and operate the Landscaping Division. In spring of 2005 the company incorporated and Brady became the Vice President. Precision Lawn Plus is a full service lawn and landscape company, providing complete grounds care. Brady is responsible for the operation of the “Plus” side of the company including the: designing, estimating, scheduling, installation and landscape maintenance, snow and ice management and The Holiday Light Pros.com.
Brady is also the Owner and Operator of KBL and Company. KBL stands for Kim, Brady, Larry. Kim, Brady’s mother and Larry, his Grandfather partnered with Brady to establish KBL as a company based on great food and great service at all events. It is rare today to have three generations working together. Kim and Larry continue to critique and advise Brady as he moves forward with the company. KBL and Co. has been at the Banks of the Wabash Festival, Blues at the Crossroads, Terre Haute Street Fair and Terre Haute Air fair, among other festivals, events and private gatherings.
Brady was born in Evansville in 1980 and is a 1999 graduate of Terre Haute South High School. While attending South High School, he was involved in 10 musical productions, most of which he played a key role in the technical areas. Brady also was a student of the Building Trades Program. He was instructed in a hands on environment on the best practices of Home construction. He also participated in the interdisciplinary Cooperative Education program.
Brady received the Vocational Education Achievement Award from the Chamber of Commerce in 1997 and 1999. He received The Youth Achievement Award presented by The Arts Illiana in 1999 and was a Boy Scout with Troop 38 from Mt. Pleasant Church
Brady is currently involved in the Young Leaders of Terre Haute, Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce and is a Downtown Terre Haute Lions Club Board Member. He is also an active Member of Maplewood Christian Church where he serves in leadership as a Deacon, a Youth Sponsor and Media Director.
